Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Customer experience roles encouraged to apply.
• Team-based collaboration experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and resolve issues quickly.
• Greet residents, conduct tours, and showcase the property with pride.
• Abide by federal fair housing standards and applicable laws.
• Represent the community professionally in person and on the phone.
• Support marketing and resident retention efforts through events.
• Maintain a neat office and on-site operations.
