Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Riverdale, UT is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property management under the supervision of the Property Manager. You will ensure on-time rent payments, lease compliance, and strong resident communication.

Responsibilities include handling screening, explaining lease terms, collecting balances, touring community with prospects, and maintaining a high level of customer service online.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as Leasing Consultant
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents and prospects.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid balances; communicate with residents and collect delinquent balances; enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and maintain knowledge of vacancies and rental rates.
