Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent customer service to current residents.

The role involves leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, conducting tours, handling service requests in Yardi, and maintaining a welcoming, compliant interaction with clients and residents.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience required.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong social media acumen preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing of the assigned communities to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicating the request to the Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
