Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support daily operations, meet leasing and financial goals, and deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

You will manage communications with residents, vendors, and potential renters, conduct tours, and work with the Community Director to achieve property targets while upholding fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous Leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solves issues.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws.
