Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests with the property management team and maintain community appearance. You will support marketing activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage files and retention programs.

Responsibilities include processing work orders in YARDI, conducting model and vacant home inspections, and assisting with move-ins, inspections, and final charges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residents and coordinate requests with the property management team.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with model/vacant home showings and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-ins, vacates, and inspections, including final bills where applicable.
• Ensure curb appeal and maintain office and community appearances.
