• Experience with office software (Email, Word, Excel) required.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with property management.
• Provide courteous, professional, and prompt responses to inquiries and resolutions.
• Assist in inspecting model and vacant homes for tours.
• Administer move-in lease documents and inspections.
• Coordinate notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs, and final inspections.
