Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for all resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with management.
• Provide high levels of customer service and resolve concerns.
• Inspect model and vacant homes for tours as needed.
• Administer move-in lease documents and inspections.
