Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests with the property management team and ensure the community looks its best. You will handle files, move-ins, inspections, and respond to inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

The role supports marketing, retention programs, and compliance with company policies and government requirements, while delivering outstanding service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience with computers and office software (Email, Word, Excel, Internet).
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to work in varying weather when showing homes.
• Discretion with confidential information and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries and coordinate requests with the property management team.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and track resolutions to ensure timely responses.
• Provide courteous, professional, and prompt answers to resident questions and resolve concerns.
• Inspect model and vacant homes and prepare them for tours, including touch-up cleaning.
• Administer move-in lease documents and inspections; coordinate move-outs and final charges.
• Monitor rental account balances and ensure fees and rent are correct in Yardi.
• Maintain community curb appeal and office/amenities appearances; support leasing team.
• Conduct follow-up calls to residents to confirm work orders are completed to satisfaction.
• Support Community Director/Community Manager with additional duties and resident retention activities.
