Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to support residents and coordinate with the property management team. You will manage requests, maintain community appearance, assist with marketing efforts, and ensure excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include processing leases, move-ins/outs, inspections, and coordinating with the community team to maintain compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Admin, Property Management, or related field.
• Experience with computers and typical office software (Email, Word, Excel) required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all resident inquiries.
• Coordinate and assist with requests from residents with the property management team by entering work orders into YARDI.
• Provide high level customer service and follow up to resolve issues.
• Assist in inspecting model and vacant homes for tours.
• Administer move-in lease documents and home inspections.
• Coordinate notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs, and final inspections.
• Monitor rental account balances and ensure fees are correct in YARDI.
• Maintain curb appeal and appearance of the office, amenities, models and community.
• Follow up with residents to ensure work orders are completed to satisfaction.
• May support Community Director/Leasing team as needed.
• Participate in monthly resident functions.
• Driving required (Company or personal vehicle) more than 50% of the time.
