Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC in Odessa, TX seeks a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and support the Community Director and Leasing team. You will manage move-ins, inspections, and financial postings in Yardi, while maintaining the community’s appearance and delivering top-tier customer service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in all weather when showing homes, with driving as part of duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with computers and typical office software (Email, Word, Excel, browsers).
• Sales experience is a plus and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate and assist with resident requests with the property management team by entering work orders into Yardi.
• Provide high-level customer service, follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Inspect models and vacant homes to prepare for tours for prospective clients.
• Administer move-in lease documents and conduct home inspections with residents.
• Monitor rental account balances and ensure correct fees and rents in Yardi.
• Support curb appeal and maintain office, amenities, and community appearance.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure work orders are completed satisfactorily.
