Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and support the property management team. You will help maintain community appearance, assist in marketing efforts, and provide exceptional customer service to residents, including handling files, retention programs, and service follow-up.

The role involves supporting the Community Director/Manager, touring model homes, processing move-ins/outs, and ensuring compliance with policies and government

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with basic computer software (Email, Word, Excel).
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide high level customer service and follow up on all inquiries.
• Assist with model home tours and move-in/out processes.
• Maintain resident files and conduct retention activities.
• Support Community Director/Manager and Leasing team as needed.
