Job summary

The Resident Services Specialist at Hunt Military Communities delivers outstanding customer service to residents and coordinates requests with the property management team. You will manage inquiries, enter work orders in YARDI, and assist the Community Director to maintain a professional, welcoming community.

Responsibilities include move-in/out coordination, inspections, rent/account monitoring, and supporting marketing and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to show houses in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires a valid in-state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all resident inquiries and coordinate requests.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and assist the management team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Inspect model and vacant homes to ensure readiness for tours.
• Administer move-in lease documents and inspections.
• Coordinate move-outs, pre-inspection and final inspections for outgoing residents.
• Monitor rental accounts and verify fees in YARDI.
• Support curb appeal and the appearance of the office, amenities, and community.
• Follow up with residents to confirm work orders are completed to satisfaction.
• Assist Community Director/Manager and Leasing team as needed.
• Participate in monthly resident retention events.
• Drive for the company using company or personal vehicle more than 50% of the time.
