Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and support the property management team.

You will help maintain the community’s appearance, assist in marketing efforts, and provide exceptional customer service to residents. Responsibilities include processing work orders in YARDI, handling move-ins/outs, reviewing balances, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage resident files and finances in YARDI.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries.
• Coordinates and assists with resident requests with the property management team by entering work orders into YARDI.
• Resolves resident concerns with courteous, professional, and prompt responses.
• Inspects model homes and vacant properties to prepare for tours.
• Administers move-in Lease documents and home inspections with residents.
• Coordinates notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs, and final inspections.
• Monitors rental account balances and ensures fees and rents are correct in YARDI.
• Maintains curb appeal and office/community appearances.
• Follows up to ensure work orders are completed to residents' satisfaction.
