Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. seeks a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate all resident requests with the property management team and maintain the community’s appearance. You will assist in marketing functions and provide exceptional customer service to residents.

The role supports the Community Director and Community Manager, with duties including resident files, move-ins, and lease documentation while ensuring policy compliance and resident retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with computers and common software (Email, Word, Excel, browsers).
• Sales experience is a plus and helpful for resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries.
• Coordinates and assists with resident requests with the property management team by entering work orders.
• Answers questions and resolves concerns with courteous, professional, prompt responses and follow-up.
• Assists in inspecting model and vacant homes to ready for tours.
• Administers move-in lease documents and home inspections with residents.
• Coordinates notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs, and final inspections, including charges for damages and final utility bills.
