Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC invites applications for a Resident Services Specialist in Jacksonville, AR. You will coordinate resident requests, support the Community Director, and help maintain common areas and resident programs.

With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will manage move-ins/outs, inspections, and communications while ensuring compliance with policies and government requirements. This role requires reliability and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing high-level customer service to residents.
• Ability to manage resident files and retention programs.
• Proficiency with basic office software and data entry in YARDI or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with property management.
• Assist with model/vacant home tours and move-in/out activities.
• Coordinate lease documents, inspections, and final move-out procedures.
• Monitor rental balances and ensure accurate fees and rent charges.
• Support curb appeal and office/community appearance.
• Follow up with residents to close out work orders.
