Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a customer-service oriented team member who can greet guests and residents, monitor access, and uphold the highest standards of security and safety within the community.

You will coordinate with administrative staff to update unit owner records, handle calls with professional phone etiquette, report violations and maintenance needs, manage key control and assist with emergency procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must demonstrate organizational, interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous hospitality industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and residents in a professional manner.
• Monitor and authorize entrance/exit to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Coordinate with office staff to update unit owner information in the database.
• Maintain proper phone etiquette for all guest calls.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations.
• Observe safety precautions and report damages or thefts.
• Maintain key control and ensure keys are secure.
• Be familiar with fire alarm system operations and report incidents.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies.
• Assist with emergency procedures with Management and Fire/Police services.
• Write daily activity and incident reports.
• Report maintenance items such as lights, leaks, or broken equipment.
