Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents with professional, courteous service.
• Monitor entrance/exit of guests and staff to maintain security.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to maintain resident information.
• Use phone etiquette for all inquiries and route calls appropriately.
• Identify and report violations of rules and safety procedures.
• Maintain key control and assist with emergency procedures.
• Prepare daily activity reports and log irregularities.
• Assist with valet duties as needed.
• Follow all policies for emergency response and incidents.
