Job summary

KW Property Management seeks a courteous Front Desk Team Member to welcome residents and guests, provide information, and ensure a smooth visit. The role acts as the primary liaison between guests, residents, and staff while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will handle entry control, phone inquiries, and maintain accurate resident data, supporting security and community operations on-site in Surfside, Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Prior front desk or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents, providing information and resources.
• Monitor entry/exit and enforce check-in policies for security.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain resident information in the system.
• Answer phones, handle inquiries professionally and clearly.
• Document daily activities and incidents as required.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to management.
• Support valet duties as needed based on shift schedules.
