Job summary

Greystar in San Diego, CA is seeking a Concierge/Leasing Support role to greet prospects and residents, manage calls and callbacks, and coordinate move-ins and amenities with a high level of guest service.

The position requires 1–2 years of customer service/concierge experience, and lease-up familiarity. Schedule includes weekends, and on-site responsibilities span front-desk duties, packages, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or Concierge experience required.
• Lease up experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensures comfort while waiting to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member, and assists with service request callbacks as necessary.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness for guest arrival; coordinates loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/outs.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before leasing office opens each morning.
• Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Maintains logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services.
• Assists the team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keeps local area information up to date for residents and maintains relaties with concierge vendors.
