Job summary

Greystar is seeking a friendly Leasing/Concierge Associate in San Diego, CA. The role involves greeting residents and prospects, answering calls, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, and ensuring amenities are tour-ready each morning.

You will support scheduling, deliveries, and resident programs while maintaining a helpful, information-driven front desk presence. Requirements include 1-2 years in customer service or concierge, with leasing up experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or concierge experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answer phone calls, route calls to the appropriate team member, and assist with service request callbacks as necessary.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and coordinate loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before leasing office opens each morning.
• Manage all package deliveries by logging arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Keep logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other services and assist with resident activities and programs.
