Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge for our San Diego property. You will play a vital on-site role by conducting tours, supporting leasing activities, and driving resident engagement.

This role involves marketing tasks, event planning, and ensuring brand standards across materials and social channels. The position may include evening and overnight on-call duties, occasional travel within the community, and requirements to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and courteously with residents and prospects.
• Wamiliar with standard office software and social media basics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups, support leasing activities.
• Plan and execute marketing and resident events to drive engagement.
• Maintain brand standards across community materials and online channels.
• Assist with evening and overnight on-call duties as needed.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community.
