Greystar in Denver seeks a Lifestyle Coordinator to greet residents and coordinate services. You will handle calls, schedule move-ins and move-outs, manage deliveries, and keep clubhouse amenities ready for daily operations.

The role supports planning resident activities, maintains local area information, and liaises with concierge vendors to ensure a positive living experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating events or resident activities is a plus.
• Ability to manage scheduling and logistics across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in the leasing area and assist as needed.
• Answer calls and route them to the appropriate team member; assist with service callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite, loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before opening each morning.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Keep logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other services.
• Assist with scheduling resident activities and planning events.
• Maintain information on local area restaurants, shops, and service providers.
