Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialization or specialty supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data master concepts, and EDI/API interfaces.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation, and cash-collection support; oversee third-party ops.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain ops to tailor solutions and foster customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing, and special programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, and escalation paths; provide updates to PMO/leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness and Bayer’s approach.
