Job summary

Bayer, a leader in healthcare, seeks an operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery across the US market.

You will coordinate data, systems, pricing and special programs, partnering with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams to drive improvements and readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/customer operations and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data and system interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and provide transparent PMO updates.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness and external expectations.
