Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate data, systems, serialization, and pricing readiness, ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include process improvements, launches, and collaboration with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to optimize performance and readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain ops to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, interfaces, serialization, and pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 and evolving external expectations.
