Job summary

Bayer is seeking a skilled Operations Lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for its Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will optimize processes, ensure compliance, and drive readiness across data, systems, and pricing workflows.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 5+ years in pharma operations, strong SAP/ERP knowledge, and excellent cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in pharma operations or supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash collection support.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, traceability and pricing workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers.
• Lead readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and readiness metrics, reporting to PMO and leadership.
• Monitor external industry discussions to keep Bayer’s readiness approach current.
