Job summary

Bayer is seeking a results-driven Operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality service across teams and third-party operations.

Leverage SAP/ERP expertise in a regulated environment; drive NDC-12 readiness and liaise with IT, Regulatory, Finance and commercial partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, IS or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, or 3PL-managed models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and strengthen customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP systems, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and external partners; manage risks and readiness reporting.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and provide transparent PMO updates; monitor dependencies and readiness.
