Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead in the United States to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate accounts, billing, and cash-collection while ensuring quality and compliance across third-party operations.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, data/system interfaces, and collaboration with IT, master data, and regulatory teams to maintain reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or contract-controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, service, processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, launches and new business/supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored customer solutions.
