Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup and billing, with third-party ops oversight.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, contracting and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk and readiness reporting to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness approach with evolving external expectations via industry discussions.
