Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, drive process improvements, and manage readiness across master data, SAP, and pricing, while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to support NDC-12

Qualifications

Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations and regulated environments.
Knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data and system interfaces.

Responsibilities

Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including billing and cash-collection support.
Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new models.
Collaborate across logistics and supply chain to tailor customer solutions.
Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems and pricing.
Align cross-functional requirements with IT, regulatory and finance.
Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics and documentation.
