Job summary

Bayer is seeking aOperations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities across the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate master data, SAP and system interfaces, and ensure compliant service delivery.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and Commercial teams to align requirements and readiness. The position emphasizes process improvements, contract knowledge, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, and master data.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, serialization or traceability, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, and pricing workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and customer solutions.
• Lead readiness, testing coordination, and escalation paths with PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
