Bayer is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash operations for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction by coordinating data, systems, and programs with cross-functional partners.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, manage master data, pricing, and government programs in collaboration with IT, Quality, Regulatory and Finance teams, while

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized/specialty/temperature-sensitive/3PL models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer/product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization/traceability.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and act as escalation point for issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions; strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with interfacing functions like IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Legal.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with project risks, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
