The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, multitasking, and reliable communication; you will review reports, balance regional inventory, and assist with the U-Box product as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field teams and dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
• Direct incoming equipment to areas based on demand to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to improve placement of equipment, reservations and contracts.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
