Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a part-time Reservation Manager Agent in Birmingham, AL to join a fast-paced team. You will support customers, field teams and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution, directing incoming requests to meet demand and balance regional inventory.

Key duties include reviewing reports, assisting with calls, and coordinating with the U-Haul network to ensure equipment availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
