Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to ensure equipment availability and accuracy for reservations and contracts; support U-Box portable storage product.
