Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team. You will assist with calls from customers and support field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement, directing equipment based on demand to balance regional inventory and meet future demand.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports to ensure availability and accuracy of reservations, supporting U-Box storage products, and maintaining strong customer service, time management, and multitasking skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with multiline phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
