Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts. You will develop staffing models, maintain the HGB Position Tracking System, participate in audits, and manage relationships with the contingent labor vendor.

This remote role offers a 40-hour work week with standard ET hours. Candidates must have U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this Department of Defense contract.
• Puerto Rico residency is not allowed for this position.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Excel experience including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR information requests.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Support HGB with routine and ad hoc reports from systems.
• Manage relationship with contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs.
