Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to act as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will participate in audits, maintain the Position Tracking System, and manage relationships with our contingent labor vendor. The role requires US citizenship, a bachelor's degree, 3 years HR compensation experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required for this position.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.
• Puerto Rico cannot be worked from due to contract constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Provide information responses to HR Business Partners.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacancies in Workday and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing model development.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System with staffing data.
• Produce monthly reports and ad hoc reports from HR systems.
• Manage relationships with contingent labor vendors.
• Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs and optimal use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and processing invoices.
• Assist with contract terms with Corporate Procurement for government contracting.
