Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 for the Humana Government Business unit. The role is remote and focuses on compliance with government contracts, staffing models, and labor cost proposals.

You will also participate in audits and manage the position tracking system and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of HR experience in compensation, with strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for DoD-related work.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years’ HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure government contract compliance.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals; assist with audits.
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System and related reporting.
• Manage contingent labor vendor relationships and onboarding processes.
• Screen, onboard temporary workers and verify training, access and timecards.
• Collaborate with procurement on contract terms and vendor selection.
• Produce monthly staffing and cost reports; support special projects.
