Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential data and using Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure government contract requirements.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts.
• Participate in audits and maintain the HGB Position Tracking System.
• Manage relationship with contingent labor vendor and assist special projects.
• Coordinate onboarding of temporary workers and verify timecards and invoices.
• Produce monthly reports from staffing systems and reporting sources.
