Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Program Lead to join our Workforce Management team. The role focuses on managing, optimizing, and implementing workforce program tools to drive lean, scalable processes and reliable outcomes across the organization.

You will report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management, work remotely (Atlanta area eligible) with potential future hybrid arrangements. The base pay is $67,813–$89,004 per year, plus benefits and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in Workforce Management.
• Extensive experience managing NICE IEX or InContact systems.
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
• 1+ years of experience in developing and presenting information and recommendations aimed at Senior Leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks and resolve issues to inform improvements.
• Coordinate projects to meet milestones and service levels.
• Strategize and manage cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on action plans.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes.
• Provide recommendations to ensure financial discipline and quality.
• Support process improvements and Lean principles.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
