Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Program Manager, Vendor Management Operations to join our Workforce Management team. This remote role is open to candidates who reside in Atlanta, Georgia, with potential future hybrid options.

You will support vendor management activities, drive operational improvements, and help implement project management standards across the organization. The base pay ranges from $100,602 to $132,040 per year, with benefits and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience, creating dashboards and playbooks.
• 4+ years experience in change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives.
• Support implementations end to end to ensure success.
• Lead certain components of the program.
• Partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Support a successful program end to end through assisting in project plan development, keeping stakeholders in the loop on status, flagging risks, and assisting with retros.
• Support the tracking and monitoring of controls.
• Develop tools and standards to support team programs year over year based on retros.
• Develop meeting materials and manage project plans.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
