Oscar is hiring a Program Lead for the Workforce Management team. The role focuses on managing, optimizing, and implementing program tools; you will represent the team within the organization and report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management.

This fully remote role is open to Dallas-area residents, with future hybrid options possible as the model evolves. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience with NICE IEX or InContact systems.
• 1+ years of using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of process improvement and workflow design.
• 1+ years of presenting information to Senior Leadership.
• Proficient with Excel or Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks with leadership support and resolve issues through investigation to inform improvements.
• Coordinate projects to meet milestones and service levels.
• Partner with leadership to implement cost-reducing or outcome-improving arrangements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align action plans with continuous improvement goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and countermeasures.
• Provide recommendations that ensure financial discipline and quality.
• Support process improvement initiatives and organizational mindset shifts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
