The position is remote for candidates in the US, with potential future hybrid work near the metro area. Base pay ranges from $91,659 to $120,303 per year, with benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations forecasting.
• 2+ years handling large datasets and distilling insights with a structured approach.
• 2+ years SQL; or proficiency in Python/R with pandas, etc.
• Strong communication skills for business reporting impact.
• 1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLOOKUP, nested IFs, connected Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing; support budget estimates.
• Ensure forecast models align with business objectives and changes.
• Source data with data teams and refine analyses as needed.
• Learn the business and support planning discussions with stakeholders.
• Use tools and data platforms (Workday, Jira, BigQuery, Looker).
• Tell data-driven stories so non-technical colleagues understand findings.
