Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives that support operational performance and enterprise objectives. This role develops staffing models using historical volume, membership forecasts, productivity, processing times and other data to determine workforce needs across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, computer science, IT, healthcare administration, statistics or related field.
• 4+ years experience in general business, analytics or IT (healthcare or consulting experience preferred).
• Experience in technology product ownership, development, deployment, and user adoption preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related).
• Experience in organizational performance management, continuous improvement and customer feedback mechanisms, or change management.
• Experience in communication and change management, learning and development, or HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with business leaders to understand market needs and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between state plans and business units.
• Research key business problems and identify enterprise solutions.
• Provide product ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
• Support analytics performance management by monitoring SLAs, customer satisfaction and staffing trends.
