Job summary

Centene Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead enterprise workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives. You will develop staffing models from historical volume, membership forecasts, productivity, and processing times to determine needs across markets and lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years in general business, analytics or IT; healthcare or consulting preferred.
• Experience in technology product ownership, development, deployment and user adoption preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools including PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related tools preferred.
• Experience in organizational performance management, continuous improvement and customer feedback mechanisms preferred.
• Experience in communication and change management, learning and development, or HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics projects including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally at all levels and translate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with business leaders to assess market needs and align analytics with strategic goals.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between state plans and business units.
• Research key business problems and identify enterprise solutions.
• Provide product ownership support for analytics tools deployment and adoption.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends and capacity indicators.
