The role collaborates with Analytics, Finance, Strategy, IT, and operations to translate complex data into actionable staffing and financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in analytics or IT.
• Healthcare or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with PowerBI/Tableau/Alteryx/SAS preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
