Centene Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives across markets and lines of business. You will translate complex data into clear staffing and financial recommendations and partner with business leaders to ensure teams are adequately staffed to meet regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, IT or business; healthcare or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with technology product ownership, deployment and user adoption preferred.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS preferred.
• Experience in performance management, change management or HR related areas preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise analytics projects and workforce capacity planning initiatives translating goals into solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with leaders to assess market staffing needs and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between state plans and business units.
• Research problems and identify enterprise analytics solutions.
• Provide product ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends and capacity indicators.
