Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–10 years in HR/HR Product Management.
• Experience with Workday configuration is required; Talent Management & Acquisition modules preferred.
• Ability to define, elicit, and translate requirements into scalable Workday designs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks for Workday enhancements and roadmaps.
• Own and manage the pipeline and delivery schedules across multiple initiatives.
• Lead complex business analysis activities: process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape and challenge requirements into actionable Workday designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment, managing risks and dependencies.
