Job summary
Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support Workday data integrity, user education, reporting, and strategic planning within HR and IT.
In this remote-friendly role, you will manage HR technology production support, configuration, testing, data audits, interfaces, and user training while partnering with HR and IT.

Qualifications
- Two years of Workday configuration experience.
- Five years HRIS/IT experience and HR application analysis.
- Deep subject matter expertise in at least one Workday HCM module including upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for HR technologies including Workday and related systems.
- Configure Workday or other HR technologies for projects and production support.
- Perform testing to ensure configurations meet user requirements and develop test scripts.
- Provide and support ad hoc reports and data audits.
- Research and resolve HRIS data transfer issues with other systems and vendors.
- Design interfaces to support systems interoperability in collaboration with IT.
- Assist with projects like performance management, talent reviews and compensation planning.
- Conduct user access audits to ensure data security.
- Execute bulk employee changes via EIB.
